Gettry Marcus CPA P.C. Relocates Long Island Headquarters

WOODBURY, NY—Gettry Marcus CPA P.C., one of the top 200 accounting firms in the United States, has inked a 19,191-sq.-ft. office lease at RXR Realty’s 88 Froehlich Farm Boulevard in Woodbury, N.Y. Gettry Marcus was represented in the multifaceted, 11-year lease transaction by the prolific CBRE brokerage team of Philip Heilpern, Richard Karson and Martin Lomazow.

Gettry Marcus provides accounting, tax and consulting services to commercial businesses, high net worth individuals and various industries, which include real estate and health care. The firm has one of the premier and most credentialed business valuation and litigation groups in the New York area.

“We recently rebranded the firm and we will hold true to our new brand.  We are renovating the entire space to make it an open, innovative and collaborative working environment for our employees and clients,” noted Steven L. Marcus, managing partner of Gettry Marcus CPA P.C., in a statement.

The space at 88 Froehlich Farm Boulevard represents a 7,000-sq.-ft. expansion for the accounting firm that has grown over the past few years.  The new building is also an upgrade for Gettry Marcus, given that the property is widely recognized as one of Long Island’s premier office buildings, strategically situated at the juncture of the Long Island Expressway, Woodbury Road and Jericho Turnpike.
