—GFI Realty Services Inc. has coordinated, separately, the sale of two properties in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn, N.Y. for a combined total of approximately $6.7 million.
In the first disposition, GFI Realty Services’ represented the seller, a local, as well as the buyer in the $6.0 million trade of 1084 New York Ave. Yosef Katz, director at GFI Realty Services, represented the seller, a local investor, while Josh Orlander, senior broker, also of GFI Realty Service, represented the buyer, Castellan Real Estate Partners.
