HK Marble Acquires Brooklyn Warehouse Property, Plans Relocation

NEW YORKHK Marble has paid $2.65 million to Wolkow-Braker Roofing Corp. for the acquisition of 105 Apollo Street in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn, N.Y. Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates Inc.’s Jeffrey Unger represented the seller in the transaction.

With the acquisition, HK Marble is relocating its operations from Flushing, Queens to 105 Apollo Street.

Comprised of 9,000 sq. ft. of space, the industrial warehouse building is one story and features 9,000 sq. ft. of available land. Located between Norman and Nassau avenues, the building provides access to Manhattan, Queens and Long Island.
