Hudson Jeans Expands Its Space in Garment District

NEW YORK—Hudson Jeans has signed a five-year, 2,696-sq.-ft. expansion at 231 West 39th Street to now occupy a total of 6,973 sq. ft. Adams & Co. Real Estate LLC’s James Buslik, principal, and Jeff Buslik represented the landlord, 231/249 West 39 Street Associates, as well as the tenant in the transaction. Hudson Jeans will use the space as a showroom and as office space to sell women’s apparel at wholesale.

“Hudson Jeans has seen great success through the years and it only makes sense that they would want to continue their growth and success in this building,” said Buslik. “The Garment District continues to be a central location for tenants looking for contemporary fashion showrooms.”

Constructed in 1908, 231 West 39th Street stands 12 stories tall and is home to more than 100 fashion showrooms and 400 fashion lines. Additional tenants at the property include Hardtail, Shoshanna, Milly and Autumn Cashmere, among others.
