NEW YORK—A Bank of America-leased property currently under construction located at 18th Avenue in Brooklyn, has been sold to an individual investor for approximately $8.5 million.

Stan Johnson Co.’s Jason Maier, director, completed the disposition on behalf of the seller, a private corporation.

The property is expected to be complete this summer and is located at the intersection of 18th Avenue and 66th Street. Nearby retailers include Walgreens Pharmacy, CVS Pharmacy, TD Bank, Chase Bank, Starbucks and more.
