Italian Steakhouse Signs 20-Year Lease at 57 West 57th

NEW YORK—Quality Italian, an Italian steakhouse restaurant that is part of the Fourth Wall Restaurant conglomerate, has signed a 20-year, 11,300-sq-ft. lease at 57 West 57th Street for its 200-seat restaurant. Colliers International’s Michael T. Cohen, president of Colliers International Tri-State, and Ed Brock represented the building ownership in the transaction.

Owned and operated by father and son restaurateurs Michael and Alan Stillman, the steakhouse is slated to open in the second half of 2013 and is being designed by AvroKO.

Constructed in 1928, 57 West 57th Street is located two blocks from Central Park and offers easy access to public transportation. The property recently underwent a capital improvement program, which included the installation of new windows, renovated elevator interiors and tenant-controlled air conditioning.

Fourth Wall Restaurants was founded in 2007 and comprised of upscale restaurants, including Smith & Wollensky, Maloney & Porcelli, Park Avenue (Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring), The Post House, The Hurricane Club and Quality Meats.
