JLL Wins 52 Vanderbilt Ave. Assignment

NEW YORK—Brause Realty Inc. has selected Jones Lang LaSalle to serve as the exclusive office leasing agent for 52 Vanderbilt Avenue to include a full range of commercial office leasing services for the 190,000-sq.-ft., Class A office building.

The Jones Lang LaSalle team overseeing the assignment is led by Lloyd Desatnick, senior vice president, along with Frank Doyle, vice chairman, and Alexis Tener, vice president. The group will work closely with David Brause, president, and Melissa Brause Rackoff, vice president, of Brause Realty.

Located between 44th and 45th streets, 52 Vanderbilt Ave. is comprised of 20 stories and is situated in the Grand Central region in Manhattan. The property offers direct underground access to Grand Central Terminal.

“Built in 1916, 52 Vanderbilt Avenue features a distinctive, classical design with a full menu of up-to-date amenities and proximity to Grand Central’s vast array of transit options, restaurants and hotels,” said David Brause.
