John Gallin and Son Completes 18,000SF Office Build-out for Sailthru.com in Tribeca

NEW YORK—John Gallin and Son has completed construction of 18,000 sq. ft. of office space for Sailthru.com, a behavioral marketing firm, at 160 Varick Street in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood.

Sailthru.com took occupancy at the property in the spring of 2012, using only a portion of its space until the construction had been completed. John Gallin and Son was tapped to construct private offices and conference rooms at the space, as well as to update and expand the HVAC system, build-out a lounge and kitchen and refine the office entryway.

Sailthru’s space was designed by Kahn Architecture and Design and includes 12.5-ft. ceilings, exposed ductwork and breakout rooms that line the perimeter of the loft space.
