NEW YORK—ClearRock Properties and Artemis Real Estate Partners have acquired 75 Holly Hill Lane in Greenwich, Conn. Totaling 101,394 sq. ft. of office space, the property was purchased from CWCapital.
Cassidy Turley has been secured by the new ownership to play the role of leasing agent. Michael Norris, managing director, principal of Cassidy Turley will lead the leasing efforts.
In addition, Lincoln Property has been tapped to manage the property, and architect MKDA will oversee a major capital improvement program that will include building systems, cosmetic upgrades and a pre-built suites program.
Located minutes from downtown Greenwich and easily accessed by Interstate 95, 75 Holly Hill Lane has a covered drop-off area, a manned concierge desk, more than 350 parking spots and a newly renovated, three-story atrium lobby. A contiguous block of 85,000 sq. ft. is available, as well as full floors and smaller divisions of 3,000 to 15,000 sq. ft.
The new ownership plans to begin marketing efforts this fall.
