JV Picks up Five-Building TriStar Portfolio

NEW YORK—RWN Real Estate Partners, Dalan Management and Standard Property, working as a joint venture, have purchased the TriStar portfolio in an all-cash transaction valued at $49.9 million. Consisting of five mixed-use, walk-up buildings, the portfolio includes properties in the West Village, Lower East Side and NoLIta.

The properties include 380-386 Broome Street, 9 Christopher Street and 55-59 and 61-63 Delancey Street.

James P. Nelson, Massey Knakal partner, exclusively handled the transaction with Director of Sales Michael DeCheser and Senior Vice President of Sales Robert Burton.

The portfolio comprises of a total of 100 residential units and 14 retail units.
