Law Firm Renews Full-Floor Lease at One Grand Central Place

NEW YORK—Davidson, Dawson and Clark LLP has renewed its lease to occupy the 38th floor of One Grand Central Place, which totals 12,715 sq. ft. of space. Owned by W&H Properties, One Grand Central Place is supervised by Malkin Holdings LLC.

Davidson, Dawson and Clark moved into the building in 2004. Its new lease spans 10 years.

Norman Bobrow of Norman Bobrow and Co. represented Davidson, Dawson and Clark in the lease negotiations, while William Cohen and Ryan Kass of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord.

Situated opposite from Grand Central Terminal, One Grand Central Place stands 55 stories high and offers in-building access to Grand Central Terminal. Other amenities include a visitor center, conference center, in-building dining and a tenant messenger center.

The property has undergone an $85 million capital improvement, which includes upgrades to windows, elevators, air-conditioned public corridors and updates to building-wide systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and security.
