Medidata Takes Nearly 100,000 Sq. Ft. at 350 Hudson Square

NEW YORK—Medidata Solutions a cloud-based clinical development solutions provider, has signed a 10-year, 98,585-sq.-ft. lease at 350 Hudson Street. Building ownership, Trinity Real Estate, was represented by Marc Packman, director of leasing, and Charles Laginestra, both of Trinity, while Medidata Solutions was represented by Lisa Kiell at Jones Lang LaSalle.

Medidata Solutions provides technology to enhance the efficiency of clinical trials and will occupy the entire seventh, eighth and ninth floors at 350 Hudson Street.

Other tenants at the property include Viacom, HAVAS, WNYC New York Public Radio/Jerome L. Greene Performance Space and CBS Radio East, among others.

Completed in 1927, 350 Hudson Street is situated between King and Charlton Streets. The property offers access to public transportation, 24/7 tenant access, onsite management and security systems.

Comprised of 335,772 sq. ft., the building stands nine stories high. The ground floor of the property includes a café and Jacques Torres, as well as Hale & Hearty.
