NEW HAVEN, CT—Michael Anthony Holdings Inc. has paid $2.3 million for a 33,000-sq.-ft. office and manufacturing building located on 1.0 acres at One and Two Grove Street and 60 and 120 South Terrace Ave. in Mount Vernon, N.Y. The seller, NSI Industries, will lease the building back for a defined period of time.
Binswanger’s Jim Panczykowski, SVP of the firm’s New Haven, Conn. office, handled the transaction on behalf of the seller.
Located within a half-mile of the Bronx River Parkway, with easy access to Interstates 95 and 87, the property is fully air-conditioned. The property features ceiling heights up to 16 ft. in production areas and 10 ft. in office and engineering space and includes two parking lots.
