NYC, Chicago Partnership Sells 253,838-Sq.-Ft. Distribution Center to Clarion Partners

NEW YORK—New York-based MetLife Real Estate Investments and Chicago-based McShane Development Company, working together in a development alliance, have sold its 253,838-sq.-ft. Guhn Road Distribution Center in Houston, Texas to a commingled fund advised by Clarion Partners.

The McShane/MetLife development alliance selected Senior Managing Director Rusty Tamlyn, and Associate Director Trent Agnew, both of HFF, to represent ownership in the transaction. The property’s exclusive marketing agents, Justin Robinson and Kyle Valentine of Stream Realty Partners, also assisted ownership in the sale of the property.

Currently fully leased to Forum Energy Technologies, Guhn Road Distribution Center, located at 6535 Guhn Road, was completed in 2009 and is situated on 13.9 acres. The property is near the intersection of U.S. Highway 290 and Beltway 8.
