NEW YORK—Orthopedic and Neurological Surgery Specialists has extended its 25,960-sq.-ft. lease at Greenwich Office Park, a 425,000-sq.-ft., nine-building complex in Greenwich, Conn.
Situated on 23 wooded acres, Greenwich Office Park recently underwent a $10 million capital improvement program by real estate investment manager Clarion Partners.
Clarion Partners worked with CBRE Group to arrange the long-term lease extension while the Cassidy Turley team of David Hoffman, Jr. and Michael Norris negotiated the transaction on behalf of the tenant.
Greenwich Office Park is a campus-style complex that includes several amenities, including a café, two ponds with fountains and picnic tables, fitness center, shuttle service to the Greenwich train station and on-site management, among others. Building features include operable windows, individually controlled heating and cooling units and partially structured parking.`
