Potbelly, NKF Negotiates 12th NYC Lease

NEW YORK CITY—Potbelly Sandwich Shop continues its expansion throughout New York City with a new 1,700-sq.-ft. lease at 333 Park Avenue South between 24th and 25th Streets.

With the addition of three locations earlier this year, Potbelly brings its total store count to 12 since its entrance into the city in June of 2011. The chain has over 200 locations nationwide.

The Chicago-based sandwich shop recently signed leases at 150 East 52nd Street (between Third and Lexington avenues), 46 West 56th Street (between Fifth and Sixth avenues) and 127 Fulton Street (near Ann Street). The Park Avenue South location is scheduled to open by midsummer.

The Newmark Knight Frank team has represented Potbelly on all New York City transactions and continues to seek additional sites for the company.
