RDA Ventures Signs Full-Floor Lease With Savanna

NEW YORK CITY—Savanna signed a new full-floor office lease at 104 West 40th Street, a class-A office building located next to Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan. The 210,000-sq.ft., 20-story office building was acquired by Savanna in August 2010.

RDA Ventures has signed a lease for the entire 6,610-sq. -ft. 19th floor, a prebuilt suite designed by Robert Finger of Fogarty Finger Architects. The company was represented by Marc Miller of Winoker Realty Company, who previously leased the 15th and 16th floors of 104 West 40th Street to financial services firm Capstone Advisory Group.

At 104 West 40th Street, Savanna has launched a major marketing and leasing program for the remaining 87,000 sq. ft. of available space, which includes an 80,000-sq.-ft. contiguous block on the 5th through 10th floors and an additional 6,610-sq.-ft. full tower floor.

Savanna was represented by Paul Amrich, Michael Movshovich, and Neil King of CB Richard Ellis.
