Robinson & Cole Takes New Lease at Chrysler East Building in Midtown

NEW YORK—Robinson & Cole L.L.P. has leased 18,478 sq. ft. at the Chrysler East Building located at 666 Third Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The law firm will relocate to its new space next year where it will occupy the entire 20th floor. Studley Executive Managing Director Greg Taubin and Senior Managing Director Craig Lemle, along with Andy Filler of RM Bradley, advised Robinson & Cole on the long-term lease transaction.

“We first began advising Robinson & Cole 36 months in advance of their 2013 lease expiration and fully engaged the marketplace 18 months ago,” said Taubin.

“The new office space will improve the working environment for new and existing staff and allow for future growth,” said John Lynch, Robinson & Coles managing partner.
