Rothschild North America Renews Ave. of Americas Lease Through 2028

NEW YORK—Rothschild North America Inc. has renewed its 70,000-sq.-ft. lease at 1251 Avenue of the Americas where it plans to remain through 2028. The company has been a tenant of the Mitsui Fudosan America Inc.-owned building since 1993.

With the renewal, Rothschild will relocate from the 44th and 51st floors of the property to the 33rd and 34th floors.

Constructed in the early 1970s, 1251 Avenue of the Americas totals 2.4 million sq. ft. spanning 54 floors. Located at Rockefeller Center, the building is situated between 49th and 50th streets. Other tenants at the property include The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Merril Lynch and Mizuho Corporate Bank, among others.
