Savanna Signs New Lease at 100 Wall Street

NEW YORK CITY—Savanna, a real estate private equity firm, signed the a new lease at 100 Wall Street.

Four Wood Capital Partners LLC has signed the lease at 100 Wall Street, occupying approximately 4,343 sq. ft. on the 11th Floor for an eight-year term. FWCP is a financial services firm, delivering investment opportunities to the market.

Mitch Konsker, Scott Cahaly and Brian Reiver of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, while Josh Winslow of Winslow & Company represented the tenant in this transaction.
