Savanna Welcomes Two New Tenants to its 80 Broad Street Property

NEW YORK—Behavioral Ideas Lab Inc. and Colson & Harris LLP have both signed new leases to occupy space at 80 Broad Street.

In its lease, Behavioral Ideas Lab Inc., a nonprofit research organization, has signed for 9,155 sq. ft. of space to occupy the entire 30th floor of the property for a 10-year term. Hal Stein, Adam Leshowitz and Todd Stracci of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord, Savanna, in the transaction, while Adam Baruch and James Emden of Colliers International represented the tenant.

Colson & Harris LLP, a boutique litigation firm, has signed a new lease to total approximately 3,310 sq. ft. of space to occupy a portion of the 19th floor for a seven-year term. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Stein, Leshowitz and Stracci represented Savanna in the transaction, while Byrnam Wood LLC’s Gordon Ogden and Benjamin Mohr represented the tenant.
