Señor Frog’s Leaps to Times Square

NEW YORK—Señor Frog’s has signed a 21,000-sq.-ft. lease at 11 Times Square. SCG Retail’s Jordan Cohn and Bruce Shepard represented the tenant in the deal, while RKF represented the landlord, SJP Properties.

Slated to open in the fall of 2013, Señor Frog’s will occupy 3,000 sq. ft. of space on the ground floor with the remaining 18,000 sq. ft. on the property’s lower level.

Located at the corner of 42nd Street and 8th Avenue, 11 Times Square is a mixed-use high-rise building.

“We’re very excited about coming to New York,” says David Krouham of Señor Frog’s. “Jordan and Bruce spent over a year helping us find the perfect place for what we do. We can’t wait to open.”
