Simon Development, Cube Capital Pay $68.3M for Upper West Side Apartment Building

NEW YORK—Simon Development Group and Cube Capital have acquired 393 West End Avenue, a 134,000-sq.-ft. residential building on the Upper West Side for $68.3 million. CBRE’s Paul Leibowitz, executive vice president, Darcy Stacom, vice chairman, Bill Shanahan, vice chairman, and Robert Garrish, first vice president, closed the transaction on behalf of the seller, 393 West End Avenue Holdings L.L.C.

The 113-unit apartment building is a pre-war building located at the corner of West 79th Street.
