NEW YORK—SolarCity has signed a five-year lease to occupy 203 Ridgewood Drive in Elmsford, N.Y. The 32,000-sq.-ft. building will be 100 percent occupied by SolarCity, a clean energy services provider, which plans to take occupancy this month.
Building ownership, Lighthouse Real Estate Ventures, was represented by CBRE’s Kevin Langtry and William V. Cuddy, Jr. in the lease negotiations. Cushman & Wakefield’s John Grady acted on behalf of SolarCity.
Located in the Fairview Corporate Center, 203 Ridgewood Drive is one of four Class A buildings that total a combined 250,535 sq. ft. of space. Situated in Westchester County, the property offers access to Interstate 287 and the Sprain Brook Parkway.
