UPDATED: Private Investor Pays $3.7M for Greater Binghamton Health Center Community Treatment and Recovery Center

UPDATED AT 3:56 PM. An earlier version of this story included wording that made it seem like the Greater Binghamton Health Center had been sold and included a picture of the wrong property. The story and image have been updated.

BINGHAMTON, NY— A private investor has paid $3.7 million to acquire a 22,985-sq.-ft. property in Binghamton N.Y. at 114 Clinton Street, the Greater Binghamton Health Center Community Treatment and Recovery Center

Preet Sabharwal and Steven Stoehrer, both senior associates in Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Manhattan office, exclusively marketed the property for sale on behalf of the seller and were also responsible for securing and representing the buyer in the transaction.

“This asset provided the opportunity to own a new construction, single-tenant building with a necessity based tenant that offers minimal deferred maintenance, management, and rent escalations in the base term of the lease,” said Sabharwal.
