Winoker Realty Co. Acquired By Four N.Y. Real Estate Professionals

Fishman, president, and Dana L. Moskowitz, EVP; Nathan Halegua, principal of Jonis Realty; and Josh Halegua, principal of Citi-Urban Management.

Fishman had worked at Winoker Realty from 1998 to 2008, which included serving as partner for his last seven years. There, Fishman worked alongside Dave Winoker.

“Dave was a wonderful man, good friend, and a consummate real estate professional,” said Fishman. “In buying Winoker Realty, my partners and I were well aware that Dave and his father, Sidney (who founded the company), had created a solid platform, and we want to preserve and continue that platform.”
