NEW YORK—A partnership comprised of four New York real estate principals has acquired Winoker Realty Co. The principals acquiring Winoker include ID Real Estate Partner’s Ira Z. Fishman, president, and Dana L. Moskowitz, EVP; Nathan Halegua, principal of Jonis Realty; and Josh Halegua, principal of Citi-Urban Management.
Fishman had worked at Winoker Realty from 1998 to 2008, which included serving as partner for his last seven years. There, Fishman worked alongside Dave Winoker.
“Dave was a wonderful man, good friend, and a consummate real estate professional,” said Fishman. “In buying Winoker Realty, my partners and I were well aware that Dave and his father, Sidney (who founded the company), had created a solid platform, and we want to preserve and continue that platform.”
According to a release, the new ownership plans to rebrand the company.
