Xenon Products Takes 14,000 Sq. Ft. in Queens

NEW YORK—Xenon Products Inc. has signed a 14,000-sq.-ft. lease at 100-24 91st Avenue in the Richmond Hill sections of Queens. Dmitri Gourianov of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the tenant and Neil Dolgin, also of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, represented the landlord, Wilmington Properties, in the deal. The new lease is an expansion for the company from a warehouse also located in Richmond Hill.

Xenon Products Inc. is a manufacturer of high-quality printing products dedicated to screen-printing in the textile industry. The company will occupy 4,000 sq. ft. of ground-level space at the property and 10,000 sq. ft. on the second floor.

Comprised of two stories and totaling 56,000 sq. ft. of space, 100-24 91st Avenue is located in close proximity to Atlantic Avenue, Jamaica Avenue and Woodhaven Boulevard, as well as the J and Z subway lines.

The building is equipped with drive-in doors, heavy power and high ceilings.
