Zucker’s Bagels & Smoked Fish to Open First Midtown Café at 370 Lexington Avenue

NEW YORK—Zucker’s Bagels & Smoked Fish signed a long-term lease to open a location at 370 Lexington Avenue at East 41st Street. Totaling 1,700 sq. ft. of space on the property’s ground floor, the eatery will also occupy 800 sq. ft. of basement space. The deal brings 370 Lexington Avenue to approximately 99 percent occupancy.

The landlord, Sherwood Equities, was represented internally by Fred Rosenberg and Jill Burrowes also with Adam Weissleder, leasing agent at the property, represented the landlord. Warren Newcorn of Newcorn Realty Co. represented the tenant.

Zucker’s Bagels & Smoked Fish offers hand-rolled, kettle-boiled bagels, deli sandiwiches and other authentic New York City fare. The shop, planned to open in approximately six months, will provide seating for more than 30 customers with access to WiFi.
