Four Georgia Apartment Properties Sell for $75 Million

National apartment brokerage and investment advisor Apartment Realty Advisors (ARA) has brokered the sale of four Georgia apartment properties for a combined $75.4 million. With 344 total units between the four properties, the sale price translates into roughly $66,984 per unit. The buyers included INVESCO Real Estate, The Connor Group and Trammel Crow Residential/AEW.

The properties sold include Gables Court, Belmont at Park Bridge, Windsor at Buckhead and Woodberry Village. The Gables Court property is a garden style apartment complex in Peachtree City. The property was built in 1988 and features a swimming pool, tennis court and myriad other amenities. The Belmont at Park BRidge property is located in Alpharetta and features 20 apartment buildings located on a 40-acre site. The 271-unit Windsor at Buckhead is located in Atlanta and features top-end amenities, including a tanning deck, car care center and a clubhouse. The 313-unit Woodberry Village is located in Decatur.
