Jones Lang Gets Plum Chicago Assignment

Jones Lang LaSalle has been awarded a pair of Chicago leasing and management assignments totaling 1.065 million sq. ft. of office space. The assignment includes Chicago office towers 123 North Wacker and 525 West Van Buren. Triple Net Properties spent $174 million to buy 123 North Wacker via its tenant-in-common (TIC) program earlier this year.

“We are pleased that Triple Net chose Jones Lang LaSalle to lease its Chicago properties,” says Jones Lang LaSalle leasing broker Monica Moore. “We are confident that we can deliver the high quality real estate services that will enable Triple Net Properties to effectively manage the value of their assets.” The building at 123 North Wacker has 540,676 sq. ft. of Class A office space. Only 13,000 sq. ft. of that space is currently being marketed, reports the Chicago-based real estate services firm.
