BOISE, Idaho Albertson's Inc. announced plans to sell three Miami-area store locations. The move came after the Boise-based company's previous announcement that it would close 165 under-performing stores.
The affected stores are located in the Miami area at:

14655 S.W. 56th Street

and 831 N.E. 8th Street.
Albertson's is now negotiations with Publix and Sedano's for the three locations. Nonetheless, the company plans to increase its capital expenditures in Florida to approximately $125 million in 2002 from $100 million in 2001 -- a 25 percent increase.
