With the CB Richard Ellis/Insignia merger only one month old, four Insignia investment sales brokers have joined real estate investment banking firm Rockwood Realty Associates. Two of the brokers were formerly managing directors with Insignia’s Capital Advisors Group in Florida. Both will be joining Rockwood’s Florida offices.

"Rockwood’s national investment banking platform is a perfect fit for our team’s experience and client-oriented approach to real estate capital markets," says Jubeen Vaghefi, one of the two brokers. The two remaining Insignia executives are Michelle Allen and Patricia Kollias, who will work as investment sales advisors for Rockwood’s Southeastern markets.
