Jones Lang LaSalle Announces Moves for Senior Execs

Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Earl Webb, currently CEO of the Americas, to the position of CEO of the firm’s capital markets group in the Americas. In addition, Peter Roberts, currently COO, will assume the post of CEO of the Americas.

"These appointments are powerful examples of our intention to deploy senior management in roles where they can directly drive business strategies and growth," said Christopher Peacock, president and CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle, in a statement.

Webb also will serve as chairman of the Capital Markets Specialty Board. He served in the capital markets group at Continental Illinois National Bank prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle’s capital markets group in 1985.

Roberts will continue to serve on the Board of Directors for Jones Lang LaSalle. He joined the firm in 1986, holding positions in capital markets and tenant representation prior to assuming the CFO position in 2001 and the COO position in 2002.
