"Woody adds a dynamic expertise as well as exciting new business frontier for our company," says Studley CEO Mitchell Steir. Last December, Steir and company president Michael Colacino bought Studley from the firm’s founder, Julien J. Studley.
Heller is bringing two of his associates — Carly Borg and Will Silverman — along with him to Studley.
As a sales broker, Heller had closed some huge deals in recent years. In April 2001, Heller brokered the sale of the 1.6 million sq. ft. CitiGroup Center in Manhattan for $725 million. Heller has closed asset and note transactions over the course of his career worth more than $4 billion.
