Bruce Mosler to Take the Helm at Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Bruce Mosler will assume the role of president and CEO of the New York-based real estate brokerage on Jan. 1, 2005.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Board of Directors made the selection yesterday. Current CEO Arthur Mirante, who has held the position for two decades, will step down at the end of the year.

Mosler, 46, began working at the firm in 1994 and will be only the sixth CEO in Cushman & Wakefield’s 87-year history. He has been president of U.S. operations at Cushman & Wakefield since 2000.

Cushman & Wakefield is majority-owned by the Mitsubishi Estate's Rockefeller Group. In his new capacity as CEO, Mosler will oversee 164 offices in 49 countries and more than 11,000 Cushman employees.

Mosler’s successor to the post of U.S operations president has not yet been chosen.
