SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. – San Francisco-based AMB Property Corp. has bought the Santa Fe Springs Distribution Center, a 300,750 sq. ft. facility from Dallas-based Prentiss Properties Acquisitions Partners LP. El Segundo, Calif.-based CB Richard Ellis arranged the transaction. Prentiss Properties was represented by Darla Longo, Steve Batcheller, Rick McGeogh and Barbara Emmons in the transaction.
