CB Richard Ellis arranges sale of 73,000 sq. ft. office building

MATTESON, Ill. – CB Richard Ellis, Los Angeles, has arranged the investment sale of the 73,276 sq. ft. Southwick Office Center I at 4801 Southwick Drive. First Bank of Oak Park sold the 6-story office building to Southwick One LLC, Park Ridge, Ill. The sale price was not disclosed. Ted Buenger and Bill Elwood of CB Richard Ellis brokered the sale.

The office building, which opened in 1989, is near the Lincoln Mall shopping center and is 96% leased. Tenants include University of Chicago Hospitals, Dean Witter Reynolds and Houshold Finance Corp.
