Colliers Seeley completes three transactions totaling 108,000 sq. ft.

ANAHEIM, Calif. – Los Angeles-based Colliers Seeley International has completed three industrial transactions totaling 108,000 sq. ft. in Central and North Orange County, California. Randy Coe, vice president at Colliers Seeley, was the lead broker for all three transactions.

Tulsa, Okla.-based Matrix Service Inc. was represented by Coe in the first transaction in a purchase of 5.75 acres, valued at $4 million. Matrix Service plans to build a 70,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit industrial building for its regional headquarters. Coombs Trust, the Laguna Niguel, Calif.-based seller, was represented by Mark McAdams and Jeff Chiate of Cushman & Wakefield.

In the second transaction, Cal-Fastners, Anaheim, Calif., will expand its operations by the purchase of a $2.2 million, 26,000 sq. ft. industrial building located in the DSA Business Park. Randy Coe and Dan Patterson from Colliers Seeley represented Cal-Fastners in the transaction. DSA Business Park was represented in-house by Jeff Denning.

In the third transaction, Cal-Fastners sold 12,000 sq. ft. for $1.1 million to Lucent Imaging Products. Both buyer and seller were represented by Coe and Patterson from Colliers Seeley.
