Atlanta’s tallest office building is hitting the market. Cousins Properties today announced plans to sell its signature Bank of America Plaza property. The announcement was made during an analyst conference.
It’s unclear how much the building will fetch, but it’s safe to assume that investor interest will be strong. The 55-story, downtown Atlanta office tower has 1.26 million sq. ft. of space. At 1,023 feet tall, it’s also the tallest office tower in the Southeast.
