EL MONTE, Calif. – Crown Realty & Development, Irvine, Calif., has purchased a 258,000 sq. ft., 2-story multi-use industrial and office facility in El Monte, Calif., from Avnet, an electromechanical and computer products company. Crown Realty is currently marketing the remaining 82,100 sq. ft. of available space. Avnet was represented by Clyde Stauff and Tom Taylor of Colliers Seeley International. Crown Realty represented itself in-house.
