Dallas selected as new Kinko’s headquarters

Ventura, Calif.-based Kinko’s Inc. has chosen Dallas as the site of its new corporate headquarters office. The document solutions and business services provider plans to lease approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of space at Three Galleria Tower, located at 13155 Noel Road in Dallas.

Kinko’s chose the north Texas site because of its central location, favorable business environment, lower operating costs, competitive tax structure and decreased travel costs. The company will move most functions of the Kinko’s Field Support Organization from Ventura to the new location within two years. The Ventura facility will continue to house the company’s technology and accounting departments.
