Miami – Dolphin Mall, a 1.4-million-sq.-ft. retail/entertainment center, opened its doors to Miami shoppers. The center is Miami-Dade County’s largest, with more than 150 stores.
Anchor tenants include: Dave & Buster’s; Off 5th Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet Store; F.Y.E. – For Your Entertainment; Group U.S.A. – The Clothing Store; Oshman’s SuperSports USA; and Hilo Hattie.
Dolphin Mall’s grand opening begins a busy growth period for Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based Taubman Centers Inc. Four Taubman properties, totaling more than 5 million sq. ft. of retail space, are under construction and scheduled for completion in the next 18 months.
