STEVEN SWERDLOW has been named president of global corporate services for CB Richard Ellis. Swerdlow joined the Los Angeles-based firm in 1990 as the managing director of the New York office, and most recently held the position of president of the eastern division of CB Richard Ellis, in which he oversaw the management of 46 offices and $400 million in annual revenue.

STEVE DAWKINS has been appointed COO of The Staubach Co.'s retail services division. Previously, Dawkins was employed as interim COO for Ransford, a Houston-based executive search company and as president and COO of George Group Consulting in Dallas. Staubach, headquartered in Dallas, is a full-service real estate services firm.

ROBERT TAS has joined CapitalThinking Inc. as executive vice president and chief customer officer. He will be responsible for worldwide sales and business development for the New York-based software provider. Tas previously was employed as vice president of sales at eGain, and has held positions at Finjan Software Inc., Netiva and Commerce One.

TRAVIS PACOE has been named director of acquisitions of Boston-based CRIC Capital LLC. He will be based in the firm's San Francisco office. Pacoe's appointment follows the recent formation of CRIC Capital LLC, a co-venture of Corporate Realty Investment Co. LLC and Prudential Real Estate Investors. Previously, Pacoe worked with Arroyo & Coates Inc.
