KENT LAROQUE has been appointed COO of Atlanta-based FacilityPro. Prior to joining the procurement solutions provider, LaRoque most recently held the position of senior vice president and general manager of Private Marketplaces. He also has served as a partner for Performance Methods Inc. and as regional vice president for Oracle Corp.
DONALD MEYER has been appointed president and chief lending officer of Chicago-based Capri Capital LP. He will direct the origination and underwriting functions of the mortgage banking operations focused on government-sponsored agency lending on multifamily projects. Meyer joins Capri from Cohen Financial, where he was managing director.
MICHAEL MCLEAN has joined Parsippany, N.J.-based Coldwell Banker Commercial as director of commercial services for the Western region. He will be based in Los Angeles and consult with individual offices on management and budgeting issues, as well as facilitate communication among the Coldwell Banker Commercial business development groups.
MICHELE FITZGERALD, senior vice president of Boston-based Spaulding & Slye Colliers, has been named director of information technology. FitzGerald, who has worked at the company for more than 20 years, developed a new integrated system for management information and also manages the firm's information technology group.
