DONALD MEYER has been appointed president and chief lending officer of Chicago-based Capri Capital LP. He will direct the origination and underwriting functions of the mortgage banking operations focused on government-sponsored agency lending on multifamily projects. Meyer joins Capri from Cohen Financial, where he was managing director.
MICHAEL MCLEAN has joined Parsippany, N.J.-based Coldwell Banker Commercial as director of commercial services for the Western region.
