K. DAVID BEARDSLEY has been named director of acquisitions for CRIC Capital LLC, a co-venture of Corporate Realty Investment Co. LLC and Prudential Real Estate Investors. Based in CRIC Capital's Dallas office, Beardsley will originate and structure net lease transactions. Prior to joining CRIC Capital, he was senior vice president with USI and executive president with Westmark Harris.

ALISON KERR-HULL COLVARD has joined Red Capital Group as vice president and tax credit originator for Red Capital Markets Inc., the firm's investment banking entity. She is responsible for originating low-income housing tax credit investments and will help expand Red Capital's origination efforts in the Southeast. Previously, Colvard was vice president of development for an affordable housing developer.

KENJI HARA has been named president and CEO of Kajima Construction Services. Previously, he was senior vice president in charge of nationwide U.S. operations. Hara is succeeding Masato Kashiwakura, who has returned to Japan for a new assignment at the parent company. In addition, Joe McGrath, former senior vice president of marketing, has been promoted to executive vice president and COO.

RANDY DANIELSON has been appointed director of retail development for Ryan Co. In his new position, Danielson will manage Ryan's Chicago-area projects, including site selection, acquisition, finance, architecture, construction, municipal permits and approvals and leasing and sales. Danielson formerly was director of office development for the Minneapolis office of Ryan Co. and also has worked for United Properties.
