TIMOTHY J. CLANCY has been named COO of The Durst Organization. Clancy succeeds James J. Migliore, who recently left the firm to establish a consulting practice. Clancy most recently served as senior managing director of operations for Colliers ABR, the New York-based affiliate of Colliers International.

JOHN PANTAZIS has been appointed COO of Studley. Prior to joining Studley, John served as president and director for Urban Data Solutions.

JACK OLIARO has been appointed director of development of Jones Lang LaSalle's retail group. In his new role, Oliaro will work to advance retail strategies for redevelopment projects for existing retail centers, as well as ground-up development projects.

PATRICK UTTER has been promoted to vice president of Collier Enterprises' commercial real estate division. He previously held the title of director of commercial real estate. In his new role, Utter will be responsible for the company's commercial portfolio.

RON FORD has been hired as chief of financial strategy of Wells Real Estate Funds. In this role, Ford will direct Wells' overall financing operations and strategy. Ford most recently was CEO with Media Arts Group.

MICHAEL MALICK has joined Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co.'s Los Angeles office as director in the the firm's national office and industrial properties group. Malick previously was managing director with Ramsey-Shilling Co.
