SALLY KNIGHT has joined PM Realty Group as senior vice president of the Eastern division. In her new role, Knight will direct property management, construction management and engineering in Atlanta, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. Elliott is the former president and owner of Elliott Consulting Services Inc.
MICHAEL MURPHY has been appointed senior vice president of development for CenterPoint Properties Trust. Murphy formerly was a partner in the Chicago office of Panattoni Development Co. LLC. In his new position, Murphy will oversee development of CenterPoint's north suburban Chicago land portfolio.
BARRY CHASE has been named executive vice president of acquisitions for CT Realty Corp. Chase will oversee the expansion of the company's real estate portfolio. Previously, Chase was president of Koll Development Co.'s Western division.
ROBERT BUDMAN has joined StarPoint Properties as director of acquisitions. In his new role, Budman will be responsible for all of StarPoint's acquisitions, dispositions and financing activities throughout the U.S. Prior to joining StarPoint, Budman worked for The Bascom Group.
EUGENE REILLY has been named executive vice president of North American development for AMB Property Corp. He also will become a member of the company's investment committee. Reilly most recently served as chief investment officer of Cabot Properties.
