NEW YORK — Gemini Development LLC has announced plans to develop Oneida Lakes Outlet Village, a 450,000 sq. ft. outlet shopping center at the intersection of the New York State Thruway (I-90) and State Route 13, about 25 miles west of Syracuse, N.Y. At 200,000 sq. ft., the first phase of the project is slated to open in spring 2003.
Gemini hopes to take advantage of tourist traffic flocking to the nearby Turning Stone Casino Resort and New York’s Finger Lakes region.
