INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Interactive Intelligence Inc., represented by Jeff Harris and John Robinson of Indianapolis-based Meridian Real Estate Services (MRES), signed a 180,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit lease at Woodland Corporate Park in Indianapolis. Duke-Weeks Realty, Indianapolis, is the landlord. With 25 acres available to expand its presence to 720,000 sq. ft., the site is ideal for the expected growth that Interactive Intelligence foresees. As part of the lease agreement, Interactive Intelligence will change the name of Woodland Corporate Park to Interactive Park.
